Amazing service! Greeted by friendly, professional associates! Work began immediately upon arrival and was completed so very promptly. My Mercedes E350 runs better than when I took it in for scheduled maintenance. And the price was very reasonable. I will take my cars to NO OTHER SHOP but European Auto Care! Lewisville and Frisco!

Audi Grapevine advised me that I needed to replace the motor mounts on my 2018 Audi A5. Their price was extremely high so I looked at different options as to where I could get it done. I called 3 different shops in the area which were all in the ballpark of $1600. I read some very good reviews on European Auto Care so I called and spoke with Tony. He was very knowledgeable and professional and told me to just bring it in and he could have it fixed and ready to go by the next day. Just as promised my car was ready the next day, not to mention he also gave me a discount of $300. Hopefully I won’t have any more problems with my car but if I do, European Auto Care will be my shop.

I called yesterday because I really needed an oil changed, I spoke to TONY Wooooooooow He is amazing, He was able to help me to get it done for a good price and really Fast the team did a great job I have a Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 also He checked my tires, He took His time to explain what I needed ,He is very respectful and He values a every customer, that was my first time and I felt that Tony went above and beyond. Thank youuuu so much Tony for your help and your exceptional customer service, 100% I do recommend European Auto Care please if you need anything don't hesitate to ask for Tony He will make sure you taking care of and He will give you Honest advice concerning your car needs .

If I could give higher than a 5 star I would. Their service was timely, professional , and excellent quality. I’ve had dozens of cars over the years from exotics to luxury, to Chevys Jeeps, Volkswagen s and everything in between. I’ve gotten serviced at big dealers, small dealers, lone mechanics, small and medium shops. Without question this is the best I’ve experienced. They were all friendly and knowledgeable Tony and the team were accommodating in every respect. Very impressed and will not only return as needed but refer friends. I’m sure the Frisco shop gets just as high marks.
