This shop is awesome! They are so honest and great customer service! They went out of their way to help me get back on the road on a trip from out of state to get my daughter back to college. They were fair and honest ! My family appreciates the extra effort to help us!

The guys here are amazing, I've been taking my 2011 Mercedes here for every issue for the past year or so. Staff is excellent, helpful, and kind. It's hard to find a place that works hard to take care of you and won't rip you off. If you have an imported car like a Mercedes, this is the place to take it to!

I wrote a review on the 17th. I had a battery failure and European Auto Care was able to fit me in and replace the battery. I mentioned the cost was a bit higher than comparable repair shops by $40. I was really surprised when I received a call - THE SAME DAY! Tony offered me a discount on my next oil change due to the higher charges. This is what I call excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to bring my service to this great repair shop.

I had a battery failure due to age of the battery and the heat. I was able to drop in and get the battery replaced without a problem. This is great customer service. The only concern I have is the price. Normally, I have time to cost compare before I have a repair done. This time due to the circumstances I was unable to cost compare before the installation of the battery. When I did a cost comparison after I got home, I found the price was about $40 higher than several other comparable European auto repair places. The battery was priced as expected, but the labor and disposal fee were combined and these charges were almost double other repair shops.
