I had a great experience any wanted to share. I had a minor issue with my Audi -- I spoke with Imi ahead of time and brought the parts I needed replaced. Took just over an hour; they reset my CEL and I was on my way. He gave me some advice on some things, and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommended shop.

The last two services on his vehicle has taken a couple of days longer than expected. It was okay, he wasn't dependant on that one vehicle. Tony and the crew are great. I only heard about this location thanks to a friend looking it up on the internet. From the moment I called to my last visit, it has been nothing but great customer service through and through. Both me and customers they have worked with on the phone and/or in person from my experience have been completely satisfied and then some.

Grapevine shop by the police station hacked the car and European auto confirmed my suspicion. Bad install, no lube on parts, LOTS of missing bolts under car from where they worked. Nonetheless, European Auto made the car whole again. :-)
