The team at European Auto Care took amazing care of me. I have a new Mercedes Metris (less than 6 month) and a local dealer was planning to charge me 2k saying I’d had an accident (i had not) and they needed special tools to align my vehicle. I am not a car expert but knew the dealership might be being shady (and the old story about taking advantage of women held true) …. Tony, Tyler and team treated me kindly and offered a second opinion. A day later and for a much better price tony and team fixed my car and got me back on the road. Customer for life! You gents rock!

Thankful to have a local spot where knowledgeable personnel know all about the workings of German cars. I had TWO different shops (including former VW employees) tell me that my turbo would have to be replaced which was not the problem at all. All fixed up, ready for another 10-plus years of service from this awesome car now that it has been repaired correctly.

As the owner of 34 year old BMW, I would recommend Tony and his crew. The guys we able to repair the AC in my E28 (1988 535is ), which three local shops and one shop in North Carolina investigated the cause without success (a costly trial and error process). Additional parts (starter and fuel pump installation, AC and power steering line) we’re sourced and replacement completed. In the end, the guys were true to their word - they have the expertise to troubleshoot issues and the knowledge to source parts to maintain a classic vehicle in road worthy condition.

The owner, Tony, and his team did an excellent job with the auto repairs for my Porsche Cayenne. The time and effort that was put in making sure all was running correctly was excellent. Tony went above and beyond and I am definitely satisfied with the repairs and how they handled my car with care and got me back on the road. The job was major and I truly appreciate them for getting me back up and running.
