It’s always hit or miss when taking your car into an auto shop for the first time. I’m pleased that this was a hit. Tony was excellent to work with. He provided real time updates about issues he saw with my car via text message and sent pics too. This was helpful because I didn’t just have to rely on his word. I could see for myself. He also called to discuss his findings and pricing before doing any work. He and the mechanic assigned to my car didn’t just rely on codes, they thoroughly inspected the car, drove it around before and after the fix, and were even thoughtful enough to remove the baby seat and place it in the office until the job was completed. I will return and was very pleased with their service.
