Great personable and intelligent staff. They got me in ASAP and knew I had to drive the car home to Pittsburgh in a few days, diagnosed a waste gate failure, had a new one ordered/installed and the car back to me 4 days later. I couldn’t ask for a better result. Nick at the front desk was more than helpful and I could not appreciate that enough. So all together bang up job, car runs great and it’s about to make a 1200+ mile journey home to Pittsburgh come Monday morning and I have complete confidence in the way it is running and that it will continue to perform as it currently is for quite some time. Best non dealer service I’ve ever received. If I were staying in the area they would be the only ones touching my car. Decently priced as well, highly recommended ��� A+++. Thanks boys!

i am the person who gave them a negative review. I made a big mistake. I mistook them for the car repair shop that i went to. I am very sorry to all those who will have read the negative review. I have never been to "European Auto Care-Lewisville. I am so sorry. Please disregard my earlier comment.
