Carrie said she has been taking her vehicle to this business for a couple of years and they have always been really great to her. They took care of everything as quick as they could. The employee, Tony was calling and checking up on her to see if he needed to come and get her because the battery was bad. After she got everything figured out, he texted her a couple more times to make sure everything was okay.

I stopped by one day with the dreaded trans malfunction on my 07 335i. I had done all the research on the vehicle and couldn't figure what was wrong. Took it in to diagnose the problem. Imi and I had chatted about the possibilities of what the issue could be and he proceeded to look for those issues. Well nothing visible so we reset the code and all was good for about 2 months. Today I will go and see Imi again cause the sensor went on and will not go away again. I don't rust these guys here. My plan is to get Imi to reset the code again and I will perform the work next month of trans fluid and mechateonics. Imi I will see you today friend! Everyone use this place a code reset cost me 150$ in flower mound. Imi didn't charge me cause it takes two seconds. For that I will go today and when I decide to fix the issue permanently Imi will be the only one touching my car! Bless

Tony and his brothers always make me feel like family. I feel that it is important to have a relationship with a mechanic. You are always going to spend money on your car so you want to know that you have not wasting it. I feel that trust with European Auto Care is what brings me back.
