I was in search of a good shop to service my Benz through my extended warranty that was near to the area where I now live. After doing some research I decided on European Auto Care and I must say that I am very happy that I did so. This shop showed me and my car the care and service that I was looking for. They even had a loaner vehicle that they could afford me so that I could commute back and forth to work with when they did some warranty repair work on my vehicle. The staff are very nice and cordial. If you want to wait for a quick oil change or similar service they have a comfortable wait room with complimentary bottles of cold water there. This is my new go-to shop for work on my European make vehicle(s). Thank you.

They were honest and fair when diagnosing the car. They could not find anything wrong and only charged a nominal amount for the diagnosis. They also said if I had to come back they would apply the diagnosis fee to my visit.

These guys are great! They explain what's going on with your car and show you the repairs that are needed. They complete my repairs on time and are very reasonably priced. They service all the cars in my home and I highly recommend them!
