Had a persistent recurring, intermittent "check engine" light on my 2010 BMW X5, resulting in codes that weren't correct, ghost codes and other difficulties in diagnosing the issue. These guys were persistent - kept the vehicle until they found the source of the issue and repaired as expected. During the process they handled the warranty process with expertise, and took care of my rental car charges. The dealer would have sent me home as they have before with "we an't find anything wrong", only to have me back in there multiple times asking them to fix the issue again. My hat's of to these guys at European Auto Care - the whole team knew what was going on and was able to communicate status anytime I called. Ultimately, even though a frustrating experience ( not caused by them) they got things fixed. My hat's off tho their persistence, honesty and pride in doing a good job for me.
